For this delicious recipe, we will need the following ingredients:
½ cup FUD® Crema Mexicana Mexican Style Cream
½ pound FUD® Smoked Turkey Ham, thinly sliced
1½ cups FUD® Queso Panela Mexican Style Part Skim Milk Cheese, shredded
8 slices FUD® Queso Quesadilla
1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
4 bolillo rolls, split
1 cup drained and chopped nopalitos (tender cactus)
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

In small bowl, whisk sour cream and mustard. Makes about ½ cup.
Spread sour cream mixture on inside bottom halves of rolls; top with turkey ham, cheese and nopalitos. Spread outside top halves of rolls with 1½ tablespoons butter; close sandwiches.
In batches if necessary, heat griddle or large skillet over medium heat; add sandwiches, butter side down, and cover with aluminum foil. Place second heavy skillet or pan over foil to press down on sandwiches; cook 4 minutes or until bottoms of sandwiches are golden brown.
Spread tops of sandwiches with remaining 1½ tablespoons butter; turn sandwiches. Cover with foil and skillet; reduce heat to medium-low and cook 4 minutes or until bottoms are golden brown and cheese melts.
